Your application and academic records will be protected in accordance with the Educational Rights and Privacy Act of Uganda.

  1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Uganda schools Application is not responsible for any student’s enrollment/admission, termination or cancellation for any reason, all enrollment refunds will be made according to the school refund policy.

Money paid on this website is a service charge, Uganda schools Application does not refund any money if the application is not accepted. This includes instances where a starting class is cancelled by the school.

Money paid on this website is not considered as Registration fee for a student to any school

All applicants will pay 2500/= non refundable fee

The contract between you and the school will commence from the date on which you accept your offer. You have the right to cancel this contract basing on the terms of the school contract.

Your eligibility does not guarantee admission/enrollment

If you wish to cancel our services, please notify us as soon as possible, subject to the terms below and our Refund policy, any refunds will be determined by our sole discretion.

For students that pay using payment systems like PayPal, you can cancel your recurring payment profile by going to your PayPal account settings, selecting recurring payments and cancel. For mobile money payments, they are not recurring.

We may change our application fee and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.

Refund policy: Given the nature of digital items, we do not generally offer a refund on application. A student will ONLY be eligible for a refund if their account has been billed more than once in a single application or if they have not used the service. The refund will be made via the client’s payment method and the client will have a maximum of 15 days to file a refund claim with our team

There Is no cancellation fee or charge

Students must acknowledge acceptance to these terms before submitting their applications

I understand and agree that there are no any refunds, exchange or transfers to another service type.

I understand that once charges have been made, they are non-refundable and all cancellations must be made to Uganda schools’ application via email.

I have read this Participant Agreement, the terms and conditions, and the application commitment on the Website and agree to the terms set fort therein
